Window Society provides aluminium window and door supply, installation, and related services for residential and commercial properties in Melbourne and Victoria. All services are subject to availability and our assessment of project requirements.

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided by Window Society are:

• Valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated
• Based on the information provided at the time of enquiry
• Subject to change if project specifications change
• Exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated

Final pricing will be confirmed upon site inspection and detailed measurements where applicable.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your individual quote or contract. Generally, our payment structure includes:

• Deposit upon order confirmation
• Progress payments as specified in the contract
• Final payment upon completion or delivery

5. Warranty

Our products come with manufacturer warranties as specified at the time of purchase. Installation workmanship is warranted for a period specified in your contract. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with relevant documentation. Normal wear and tear, improper use, or lack of maintenance are not covered under warranty.

6. Installation Requirements

For installation services, you agree to:

• Provide safe and clear access to the installation site
• Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained
• Remove any obstacles that may impede the installation process
• Be present or have an authorised representative available during installation

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Window Society or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. Unauthorised use or reproduction is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Window Society shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary depending on the stage of your order. Custom-made products may not be cancellable once manufacturing has commenced. Any deposits paid may be subject to forfeiture upon cancellation. Please refer to your individual contract for specific cancellation terms.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to mediation before any legal proceedings are commenced. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
